Semi in-ground pools sit partially below grade, with the structure set partly in excavated ground and partly above it. You get the look and function of a full in-ground pool without the same excavation depth. For homeowners with sloped or uneven yards, that difference matters. Where a traditional in-ground build might demand heavy grading or run into underground utility conflicts, a semi in-ground installation works with the terrain instead of fighting it. Full deck surrounds are fully supported, so the finished backyard aesthetic is similar to what you’d see with a deeper installation.

Small Pools
Small models run from a compact 9’ x 15’ patio pool up to a 13’ x 26’ rectangle, covering natural, free-form, Roman, and rectangle styles. Every small pool includes bench seating.

Medium Pools
Medium models step up to 13′ to 14′ widths with lengths up to 31′. The Richmond and Malibu both include built-in tanning ledges alongside bench seating, making them good options for families who want a dedicated shallow lounging area.

Large Pools
Large models are all 16′ wide and stretch from 31′ to 44′ long. Several include built-in tanning ledges, and the Columbus adds bucket seats for extra seating options. The Hollywood, at 18,684 gallons, is the largest rectangle style in the lineup.

Jumbo Pools
Jumbo models start at 18′ wide and reach up to 44′ long. The Pittsburgh (19,349 gallons) and Beverly Hills (21,500 gallons) are among the largest configurations available. Availability varies by market for select models.

Spas
Spas can be built as an addition to your pool or as a stand-alone unit. Non-spillover models can share water with the pool or run on separate water at a different temperature. Five configurations are available, from a compact octagon to a kidney-style spa that seats multiple users.
